People navigating complex experiences — at their own pace.
I work with adults from all walks of life, particularly those navigating trauma, overwhelm, identity, and neurodivergence-related experiences.
You don’t need a diagnosis to seek support. We start with understanding you — your history, your context, and what it has been like to live your life.
Reflective, trauma-informed supervision.
I offer supervision for professionals working in human services — including social workers, therapists, legal assistants, and others supporting people in complex contexts.
Supervision is a collaborative, reflective space to slow down and make sense of your work. Alongside case discussion, we can explore organisational culture, parallel process, and how systems impact both you and your clients. I also share practical client and therapeutic resources to support your day-to-day practice.
I offer one-to-one supervision online, as well as group supervision for teams.
